The double room was brand-new with 2 double beds which were 2 queen size beds for 3 guys and a very nice view plus a patio and the location was best possible.

The location was spectacular and the view was great, the service was unbeatable. Beds were large, people working there were absolutely courteous.

Loved our stay, had good 1 day overall. Staff was obliging, pool area was nice, and breakfast was outstanding. Set close enough to the downtown center, Merida, the centre in the nice area. It was also an easy walk to a 1500s cathedral;)))

Good value, a fun stay. The check-in was easy, we enjoyed rooftop bar. The bedroom was actually lovely. Truly exceptional hotel, had a really EFFICIENT service. Furthermore, parking onsite was a bonus.
